Stunning brand new luxury 4 double bedroom apartment perfectly situated in a quiet part of La Cala de Mijas within an easy 10 minute walk to the centre.
Jardinana, Azaelea is a beautifully thought out development sporting 3 fresh water pools, one 25 metre, heated in the winter with a thermal cover, the second a lounging pool with built in sun beds and a large jacuzzi and a children’s pool surrounded by mature manicured gardens. There is an underground car park with 2 parking spaces available with key fob and automatic opening, a fully equipped gym completes the complex.
This incredible property has a spacious balcony overlooking the pools, the sea and Mijas golf courses with mountain views where the sun sets. There is a plunge pool on the balcony (maintained once a week) along with a huge queen size daybed to one side ideal for sunbathing and star gazing, a dining area with 8 seats and a table and 2 comfy chairs in the middle for chilling and chatting with external fridge and sink area. The main balcony boasts 4 remote controlled blinds, bedroom 2 also has its own blind.
The lounge has sliding doors that retract into the walls revealing an open corner onto the balcony pool and dining table. There is a leather sofa facing a 54 inch Smart TV and a stylish wooden sideboard with a stunning lamp behind with 2 armchairs either side for relaxing and a walnut bar to one side leading into a compact kitchen which looks out onto the lounge and balcony, with oven/induction hob/microwave/fridge freezer/sink with movable tap, storage and ample crockery/cutlery. The kitchen has a toaster, kettle and coffee machine using pods
The Master bedroom is adjacent to the lounge with a sliding door onto the balcony overlooking the day bed. With a super Kingsize bed and bedside cabinets facing a mirror and dressing table and a walk in wardrobe next to the en suite bathroom this room is large enough to accommodate a travel cot in front of the balcony doors.
The bathroom has a bath and walk in shower and twin basins set in drawers with mirrors above and a toilet behind the door.
Along the hallway there are statement mirrors to the left with 2 full length mirrors either side. On the right there is a guest bathroom/utility room with toilet, sink, washing machine/dryer and storage.
Bedroom 2 faces to the back of the property overlooking a natural reserve area. It has a balcony with a table and 2 chairs with cushions where you can watch the sun rise. There is a King size bed and bedside tables, an en suite with walk in shower, basin set in drawers and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 also faces to the back of the property with floor to ceiling windows, a King size bed with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and a Jack & Jill bathroom with sliding doors shared with bedroom 4, which comprises of a sturdy bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and full size single on the top with storage drawers underneath and within the steps. There is a bedside table and lamp and fitted wardrobes, this room looks out to the side of the apartment.
All bathrooms and landing corridor has underfloor heating, this system also delivers air conditioning to all bedrooms and living area which also have ceiling fans, all beds have under storage for empty suitcases. All bedrooms have shutters and hairdryers.
There is an iron and ironing board, TV and internet with 5g Wi-Fi
There is a large local market on Saturday and Wednesdays, along with a convenient Aldi 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment can be accessed from the front or the rear of the complex boasting lifts at both entrances and a lift from the car park straight to the apartment.
The development has been completed to a very high specification. The owners have made the apartment their home and furnished it with care and decorated it with love and original art.
